You can't compare oranges to oranges
Part of the problem when trying to eat fruits and vegetables for their perceived vitamin content is that not all hybrids or varieties contain the same amount of vitamins. While the amount of certain vitamins might differ between varieties of fruits and vegetables, these food items are still our best source for most natural vitamins, and should be eaten in greater quantities than we eat them now...
